Velos helps insurance carriers and MGAs automate complex, manual back-office tasks with AI workers instead of overseas teams. We take over workflows with the same responsibility of a traditional overseas Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm: mapping the customer’s existing process, creating the SOP, building the automation, and continuously improving the workflow after launch. Unlike other "automation platforms" we don't rely on our customers to build and manage the workflow, we take over it for them like a traditional outsourcing firm. We're automating the repetitive work people hate to do.
